We empathize with the stress of our modern society where usually two parents work outside the home, and we do as much as possible to ensure that the candidates we introduce to our clients are the best available for the specific situation.

If you have a position that you would like us to help you fill, complete the Client Pre-Application. A representative will contact you within one business day to work with you on your search.

Upon payment of the initial search fee, our agency will seek out, recruit, and screen appropriate candidates for your position. Las Vegas Domestic Specialists acts only as an employment broker and does not hire or employ any employee. The employee is to be hired, employed, and paid by the Client only.

Our placement fee is equal to the candidate’s first month salary.
Should the candidate be terminated for any reason during the first three months, Las Vegas Domestic Specialists will find two replacement options at no extra cost.

In addition to screening applicants, background checks and drug tests are preformed. After interviewing applicants with no up front cost, the family can choose to hire insurable and bondable candidates, backed by a guarantee of replacement in the event the family changes its mind.

At Las Vegas Domestic Specialists we know the safety of your family and home is your top priority – so we take security very seriously. Each candidate completes a rigorous screening and application process with our trained placement counselors. We have extensive conversations with each reference to confirm their experience and training. We offer numerous background checks including county criminal and sex predator and offender. Additionally, we request that each candidate provide us with a current driving record, legal documentation, CPR and First Aid training, and a Clark County Health Card to ensure TB testing and Hepatitis vaccinations.

Choosing the right candidate can be a complex and time-consuming process. You want to be sure your doing everything you can to ensure a perfect match for your family. Our Placement Counselors will assist you with everything from identifying candidates that meet your criteria to assisting you with interviews, tax matters, and contract negotiations. You can rely on Domestic Specialists to make this as easy and smooth as possible.

We want to help create an on-going, mutually satisfying relationship between you and your domestic. Our services don’t stop after we place a candidate in your home. We provide a three-month, six-month, or a twelve-month guarantee. In case of injury, unhappiness on your behalf, or the candidate’s dissatisfaction, we will replace the candidate up to two times at no additional cost.
